Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Please review our cancellation terms before booking your Wednesday evening session at The Unicorn Pub, Abbots Langley.
Sessions Cancelled by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel a session—due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances—you will be offered either: A full refund, or a transfer to a future session of your choice.
Participant Cancellations
Cancellations made 3 working days before the session will receive a full refund or can be transferred to another date (subject to availability). Cancellations made after 3 working days of the session are non-refundable, as your space has already been reserved. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost. Please let us know their name in advance.
Weather & Venue Disruptions.
If severe weather or unexpected venue closure prevents the session from going ahead, we will contact all participants as soon as possible. You will be able to choose between rescheduling or receiving a refund.
Summer Break
No sessions run during the Summer Break, so no cancellations or transfers apply during this period.
